The X.O Art House in Cusco was so nice. Comfortable beds, modern facilities, and delicious breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The owner, Douglas, was helpful and even arranged a great driver for us. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring and dining. Highly recommended!

During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel's central location to be excellent, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The comfortable bed and clean bathroom were two key aspects that made our stay enjoyable. The friendly staff was always helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The lack of heating in our room made it very cold, and there was no hot water on the first day. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff, which resulted in some confusion.

The hotel is conveniently located down the street from cute cafes and boutique shops near the historic district's main plaza, making all tourist destinations very close and accessible. the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed. the heating was great, and the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast was yummy, and the staff, including the administrator, was helpful and accommodating in every possible way.
The hotel lacked the insulating qualities to keep out noise from the street.

Great location near San Blas area and within walking distance to all tourist attractions. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities with ample parking and easy transportation access. Amazing vegan breakfast delivered directly to my room.

the kitchen facilities available in the room were a nice touch.
